Romance Author Penelope Kay Payne is an independently published author from West Michigan. New to the Romance community, she embodies positivity and kindness within this space, although her books may be darker. She enjoys rainy days with a warm mug and a good book, spending time with her husband and friends, and creating. When she isn't working her full-time job, she can be found in her home studio creating whatever is currently in her soul.
